Hilink Technologies (Private) Limited provides a secure, efficient, and compliant onboarding experience for merchants integrating our payment gateway and API services. The following terms define eligibility requirements, documentation standards, technical guidelines, and ongoing operational responsibilities.

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for onboarding with Hilink Technologies (Private) Limited, merchants must:

  • Be a registered business with SECP or hold valid sole proprietorship documentation.

  • Provide a valid CNIC of the authorized signatory.

  • Maintain a bank account titled in the business name.

  • Offer goods or services that comply with Pakistani laws and regulations.

  • Not participate in prohibited sectors such as gambling, narcotics, unregulated forex, or adult content.

2. Required Documentation

Merchants must submit the following:

  • SECP incorporation certificate or acceptable business proof.

  • CNIC of the business owner or director.

  • Bank account maintenance certificate (same-title).

  • Official business letterhead.

  • Utility bill or tenancy agreement for verification.

  • Sample product/service list or website URL.

Additional documents may be requested depending on risk classification.

3. Technical Integration Guidelines

  • API credentials, sandbox keys, and documentation will be issued once approval is granted.

  • Integrations must follow Hilink’s tokenization, security, and webhook guidelines.

  • API keys must be securely stored; unauthorized sharing may result in immediate suspension.

  • Integration is expected to be completed within 14 days unless an extension is approved.

4. Operational Responsibilities

  • Merchants are responsible for their customer support, delivery processes, and refund policies.

  • All merchant operational policies must be aligned with Hilink’s compliance standards.

  • Hilink reserves the right to audit merchant operations for quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Settlement terms (e.g., T+1 working day) will be mutually agreed during onboarding.

5. Suspension and Termination

Merchant access may be suspended or terminated if:

  • Fraud, illegal activity, or platform abuse is detected.

  • Dispute or chargeback ratios exceed acceptable limits.

  • Required documentation is missing, invalid, or outdated.

  • Integration or operational terms are violated.

  • Regulatory authorities instruct suspension.

These terms may be updated periodically, with changes communicated via email or platform notifications.
